The bounds of the arrangement

Terms of use

Last updated:

VOD Ferry is a personal, operator-run transfer tool, not a public archive or a service open for sign-up.

Use is by agreement

The operator and authorized participants agree which creator’s past broadcasts may be copied and which Google Drive destination may receive them. Connecting an account does not by itself establish permission to copy or share a recording.

Only arrange transfers you are entitled to authorize. The tool does not grant rights to recordings, bypass access restrictions, or change the applicable Twitch or Google service terms.

Transfer checks have limits

Source availability, account permission, storage space, network interruptions, and provider changes can delay or prevent a transfer. File checks support transfer verification; they do not promise that every past broadcast will be preserved or that a stored copy will remain available forever.

Keep an independent copy of material you cannot afford to lose. The operator may pause transfers to investigate a failure, protect resources, or respond to a participant’s request.

Privacy and leaving

The privacy policy explains the broad Google Drive permission, the configured folder boundary, retention, sharing, and how to stop access or request removal. Stopping future transfers does not automatically delete existing copies.

For questions or changes to the arrangement, use your existing operator contact or the support email on the Google consent screen.
